Collection giant Mann Bracken is apparently out of business

The massive collection law firm, Mann Bracken, has apparently stopped operating according to a report by WSBTV in Atlanta. This has been rumored for a few weeks now, based on consumer reports that all inbound calls to Mann Bracken were greeted with a message that referred everyone to the creditor.

Mann Bracken’s sister company, Axiant, recently received permission to liquidate in Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Some industry experts believe Mann Bracken will be next.
